I really miss my time writing here and making comments on your blog! Fortunately, I am still reading all my favourite blogs and websites on my iphone via Google Reader when I get a few moments. But … I have realised that the big Ah!Ha moments I get from reading ‘other people’s blogs’ don’t seem to have the same impact if I don’t turn what I read/watch/hear into my own. Getting out of the way

Last week I facilitated a workshop with a group of people whose work is diverse and complex and our topic was Floodplain Management. Behaviour Change Revisited

After 5 years of working for myself, planets have really started to line up. Once fragmented pieces of work, and the networks of people, are connecting. The 2 pieces of work I refer to are ‘facilitation’ and ‘behaviour change’ (in the context of people and communities tackling climate change).
